Katelynn Rogers, LPC-Associate
Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate
Supervised by Charles LaDay, M.A., LPC-S
Welcome! I’m passionate about providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where one can explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, working closely with you, your child, or your family to identify your strengths and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles.
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck or unsure of the next step, and I’m here to help be a guide through those moments. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including those navigating adoption, the foster care system, and families experiencing divorce. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet your unique needs. These include play therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method to strengthen relationships and communication.
I specialize in areas such as family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, attachment,
self-esteem, mood disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and conduct disorder. My goal is to
empower you, your child, or your family. Together, we will explore goals and work toward meaningful,
lasting change.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science, with a minor in Neuroscience from Saint Mary's College of Notre Dame, and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria (Katy).
